I did not want to be buying cabinets, paint, running after crews, flipping houses. All of that. It just seemed like a lot of work to me.”

Land Flipping is pretty simple as a concept: buy vacant land at 5-35% of the market value, then turn around and sell it with a mark up at 50-80% of the market value.

After giving it some thought and talking to other success stories, Walls thought, “Oh my gosh, I'm going to do this. And I started and in 30 days did my first deal, and made $8,000 in 30 days. And was like, wow, that was pretty easy. So I just continue doing it. And then I started creating passive income by holding notes. And now I coach and I'm on podcasts talking about it because it's just something people don't think about.”
