141: 4 Seller Strategies For The Market Today

We are sure you have heard… today’s market… is still shifting. Sellers seem to be selling only when they have to sell… well guess what…. YOU HAVE OPTIONS if you are wanting to sell.. but most importably if you have no choice but to sell for Unforeseen reasons.

Option 1: Traditional Seller: This is where you would sit down and talk about marketing techniques, everything that will be done, professional photographer, a stager, a grand open house and then possibly a second one because it will take typically 2 weeks to sell your home… and then the typically home showings. This option will possibly net you the most amount of money.

Option 2: Market Ready Home Financing: This option is for anyone that is really needing to sell the home for the MOST amount of money. Need the property to qualify for ALL buyers - able to make repairs to the property. This is a great option for people who have the most of their money that is sitting in the equity of the property. THIS DOES not mean we are completely renovating the property.

Option 3a: Snap Offer Option: There is no prep. No cleaning. No staging. etc. It is one of those “snap” and you get an offer. This would be similar to Open Door, that will make life easy. Don’t want people coming through the property and just want the house sold. There is no professional photographer-> Just give an offer as is.
Option 3b: One Day Home Sale: Priced at a reserved price for one day. Typically with an open house, potential buyers will come through to see the property and have it in writing the offer that same day.

We do recommend as the seller to allow potential buyers to do their inspections and appraisals to satisfy their concerns. It also takes any liability off your plate because there is all the disclosures right in front of the buyer.
