I am sure you have heard the name DAVE RAMSEY before.. well if you’ve been following us for a while it’s definitely not new around here. Lori is an ELP (endorsed Local Provider) and a top producing agent which in this industry is HUGE. But what does if mean to actually buy and sell with an ELP?? ( here is where those 2 episodes come in handy… it they really go into what an ELP is) But to put it briefly an ELP is an agent that has YOU at their best interest. They will sit down to Advise, consult and help you stay focused on your financial and real estate FUTURE. 

Let’s take a step back real quick. WHAT IS A BUYER’S CONSULTATION??
Well a buyer’s consultation is a 1-3 hour conversation asking questions so that you can figure out what you truly need! It’s having all the moving parts in the right place to write a great ending to your story. Or even chapter. Because maybe this home is not your forever home but a home that fits what you’re looking for right now. 

Here’s some final thoughts… If you are working with an ELP- that agent WANTS to make sure they are helping you move forward and SUCCEED in your dreams and goals for real estate. Here are a few things to check off before you start looking for your next home:

Have your savings

Preapproval

Underwriting pre=approval

Budget. 

Utilities 

Lastly, Create a scenario that has your mortgage, utilities, gas, cost to and from work so you are FULLY prepared at what it is going to look like when you own this house.
