It’s ALL about LOCATION these days right that makes a small business and their commercial workspace successful? but… Has it improved since C o v i d ??

Well… it depends,
-> Depends on the type of business really.
-> Location , location. Location
—Used to be-> that meant that it was about visibility. Can people see your business, Is there parking available? Now -> all about if you can find the right commercial real estate that won’t charge a larger amount of fees or isn’t conducive to your business. THAT IS THE TOUGH PART!

Commercial real estate is tough for smaller businesses.

So, Are people coming back into the office? ?
What we see right now”

-> Businesses trying to bring in older generations

-> Not everyone can work at the office/ or at home.. so where does that leave them?

—>Not sure what to do right now with your commercial workspace??

—— Keep it! but open up your scope of clients. Ex: A dispensary, music studio etc. NOT just your traditional insurance office space.
