Should a buyers agent make as much commission as the listing agent?

Before answering that question lets take a look at what a buyers agent does

Here is a list of just a few things a buyers agent does for YOU!
-Preview Homes

-Present for all showings and walkthrough of the property
-Organizing the schedule to see home
-Chasing down the seller

-Negotiate terms
-Help the buyer see the pros and cons in every home

AND SO MUCH MORE….

So what is A GOOD agent:

A good agent will tell you that no matter the “commission” of the home.. if it’s the right home for the buyer they will not turn them away from the home.

A good agent will have a relationship with their client and take them though the process, and make sure the home IS a right fit Without adding doubt but ask the right questions and making sure this particular house check all the boxes previously discussed.

Remember:
When making an offer it is NOT always the highest will be the one selected. It’s not always about the money, it’s about the terms and contract that goes with the money.

Buyers are STILL buying because the interest rate IS only temporary. Listen into last weeks episode on this topic too. Find an agent isnt just an expert in their area but an expert to learn the neighborhood and do their diligence and research to know the area.
