SO we have been talking A LOT about today’s HOT real estate market. But why?? Well, here’s the thing… There are A LOT of people afraid to invest in real estate right now. Well today’s episode offers such a great perspective, if this is you.. Listen up.

Is it a tough market with HIGH interest rates? Yes.. it is. BUT it is not impossible to still move your real estate dreams forward. There’s really no REASON not TO BUY

Think of it this way.. In the future you don’t know what it is going to look like. So you buy now at today’s rates. .
Rates could stay the same.
You still live in the house you wanted and could afford.
Rates go up.
Well you are lucky!
You still have the house you wanted at a better interest rate you can afford.
Rates go down.
REFINANCE for an even better rate. WIN WIN right?

So it boils down to THE COST OF WAITING in REAL ESTATE.

In the end it will cost more to invest later. As long as you invest smart and stay within your true budget you can still move your real estate goals forward.

AND keep in mind. If you are ready to invest and go that route-> Find a professional to help guide you forward and be there to make those hard decsions. Weed out the bad tenants so to say.
