The Question: Is the Real Estate Market Crashing?
We love real estate. In case you couldn’t tell. So when there are conversations going around that the real estate market crashing, you know we are going to chime in.
There is no inventory right now.
But is that because the economy was due for a crash? Was it because of COVID-19?
Lori said, “You can look at the historical timelines too, right? We are doomed for a crash because we're 10 years. Historically the markets continuously every 10 years or so have done something crazy. And then COVID-19 hit. When COVID-19 hit, that wasn't due to our economy. It was a medical crisis.”
Where do you want to spend your life?
Something is always going to be happening in the market. It’s always going to be shifting.
The main question you need to ask yourself is, what is your goal right now? What is the best decision you can make to shift into what you need right now?
Is it a great time to sell?
Definitely.
Is is a great time to buy?
Well, it’s competitive. So if you can compete, yes that may make the best sense for you.
